NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held by the Town of Inlet Planning Board, Hamilton County, New York, on July 15, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at Inlet Town Hall, 160 Route 28, Inlet, NY 13360.

The purpose of the public hearing will be to consider an application submitted by Richard A. LeClair, III for a subdivision at Tax Map Parcel #60.013-6-2 located at 56 & 62 Seventh Lake Road, Inlet, NY 13360.

The application is open to inspection at the Town of Inlet Codes Enforcement Office, 160 Route 28, Inlet, NY during regular business hours.  Any interested person may appear at the hearing and be heard.  Written communications concerning this matter may also be filed with the Planning Board before or at the hearing.

Prior to their regular monthly meeting, the Town of Inlet Planning Board will hold a Public Informational Meeting starting at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27 in the Meeting Room of Inlet Town Hall to discuss a proposed planned development on The Woods Inn property located at 142 Route 28, Inlet.  There will be a brief presentation before opening up to questions.  If you would like to see maps of the proposed project they are available in the Inlet Information Office and the Inlet Codes Office.
