Central Adirondack Partnership for the 21st Century, Inc. (CAP-21), began as Communities 2000 and became incorporated in 2001 as a regional not-for-profit organization providing a forum for community concerns, interests and aspirations of residents in the West Central Adirondacks. Now celebrating its 20th year anniversary in 2021, a new brand and interactive website were launched. LivingADK (f/k/a CAP-21) continues the mission in building vibrant and sustainable communities along the State Route 28 corridor from Woodgate to Raquette Lake and surrounding communities for the benefit of our year-round and seasonal residents as well as visitors to our region.
